Viewing calendar while on the phone

Hello - I'm a new Dare owner and really like the phone. I was curious if anyone has found a way to view the calendar, while on the phone. I think this would be convenient to confirm appts.

I can get to the main menu, but I don't see a calendar option. I also am not certain if you can customize the main menu, besides just moving the icons around.

Touch the piece of paper image in the bottom right hand corner...
Touch "Main Menu"...
Touch "Settings & Tools"...
Touch "Tools"...
Touch "Calendar"...

And wallah...you can confirm appointments like they're goin' out of style.
