need help with the lock on the phone
what happens is that i will lock the phone on the home screen using the lock button and seven seconds later the screen pops back up. how do i keep the screen off and locked.

I've never had that problem. You may have a faulty phone. Mine stays locked until I hit the unlock key twice. I'd take the battery out and restart your phone. If it still does it return it to the store. When the tech replaces it you probably will get a brand new handset instead of a refub seens how this is still a very new phone.
