Help....I just got this phone, ordered an 8 gb card, and trying to upload music pics and videos using the verizon software. I can only get music on it, saince there is only a "my music" folder. how do I get more folders on there so i can add everything else. The software says to just drag and drop, but its not working.

There should be a folder for each, did you format the card yet through the phone? I think it's under tools.. or could be memory.. I can't remember but once you format the card it should make the appropriate folders. I think pics will say something like "my_pix" or something related. I don't have my USB cable handy or I'd just tell ya what to name your folders.

i use a card reader. you can go to setting&tools > memory >card memory > format card. OR if you put the card in the phone and change the save options for the camera to save to the card and take/save a pic it auto formats. the vzw software is only for music. pick up a card reader (they have a finger-nail sized one that plugs right into a usb port, and no full size sd card adapter needed) open in windows folder view and drag and drop videos in there 🙂 hope this helps
