i am deciding between these two phones. i am a huge texter and am currently using the ocean from virgin/helio. I love all touch phones like the iphone but is texting on the dare so much harder than a standard qwerty keyboard. then there is the glyde where is has touch and a physical keyboard but i heard its glitchy and the touch sometimes doesnt work and gets annoying. so please help me in this decision. glyde or dare (ps: dont mention the voyager because it is just not for me)

I really wanted the Glyde after I played with it for a couple days. I loved the touch screen, its responsiveness, and the full keyboard addition. Then again, I must have had the only Glyde that seemed to not have any problems.

But, when the Dare was released, I completely changed my tune. I love this phone. It does everything and more I need it to do, and the Landscape QWERTY Keyboard is outstanding. It's just as responsive as a physical keyboard by all means, once you get used to it.

On top of that, the signal between the two phones can't even be compared. The Dare demolishes the Glyde.

Honestly, you should get the Dare. You'll love it, and it'll be worth every penny.
