Has anyone heard that the ringtones to download from your phone will not be available till the end of the week for the LG Dare? I called verizon yesterday and thats what they said. Anyone else having problems getting ringtones through get it now or media center

you cant get ringtones from verizon, yet. Thats according to an email I got from them after buying the phone. Only way to get customized ringtones is to send them by txt (via email: yourphonenumer@vzwpix.com). The ringtone can only be a few songs long, otherwise your message will be bounced back to you. Once you received the txt and you open it, you will hear the ringtone automatically. You can then click the menu and save as ringtone.
