Stopped Synching - MS Outlook 03 Calendar
Verizon and I confirmed both device and desktop running latest sw edition. Checked all synch settings. Entered a dummy appt on both device and laptop and neither synched. Have it set to dual-synch and confirm changes - worked like a charm now doesn't. V sent me too RIM help but hung-up after waiting 2 hours. V tried themselves today and also hung up after 2 hours. Going to try again business day to contact RIM support. Am still within my phone return period but see nothing else I like on VZW. Have reinstalled desktop sw also. Any remote suggestions as to what might be? V has been great so far but this is my 3rd major problem. Also learned BIS synchs with pop server, not my outlook in-box and hence some misunderstandings. There are know issues with DM 4.3, it's not VZW fault. Your best bet is to download and use DM 4.2.2 it works great and no problems.
