Earpiece Volume Low

Very happy with my pearl, but have two questions please1.

1. My volume in my earpiece seems low. I have adjusted all the settings in the menus, but it still seems low. I am coming from a Chocolate 8550 and that volume was extremely loud. Am I expecting too much from the pearl volume?

2. How do I specify which email address to use when forwarding an email to someone in my contacts list who has more than one email address (home vs. work).

The answers are probably hidden deep in the menus somewhere. The learning curve for the pearl is steep if this is your first Blackberry. I love it.

Thanks in advance...

I don't think you receive a response because it hasn't been an issue noted here. Maybe your phone is defective and should be exchanged. Good luck.

There is an audio boost option in the options menu when you're in the Multimedia application. Turn that on, you'll notice a difference in the sound intesity and clarity

Not sure on the other...

Thanks vs1phn..

I saw that before, but I thought it only refered to when playing recorded media and using headphones. It is worth a try though...

Thanks again...

If I want to send an email say to my wife (she has a work and our home email address), using my comcast.net email account, how do I specify which address to send it to when I pull her name from my contact list?

I hope I am asking the question correctly.
