Wb Won't Work
There is no browser icon on my blackberry. When I press the menu button just to the left of the trackball, I can switch applications and select the browser. When I do, it says that "your device does not currently have any Browser Configuration Service Book Entries." I have provisioned the phone but still nothing. Anyone know what I can do?

Seems like there's a problem w/you provisioning..You need to contact BB Tech support @ 877-654-9111...i had the same issue yesterday and it only took 10mins to fix via tech support.

if your phone is provisioned correctly it will be there call tech support 1800-922-0204
...
Go into the main menu and click show all applications.....see if it comes up.
