"Verizon Wireless Customer"

I just recently bought the "Blackberry Pearl" and is wondering if anyone out there has any good sites that they can share for free cool Applications I can put on it. I can't believe how expensive some of these are. O anyone specificly know of any good AIM ones!?? Thanks 🙂

I actually got my pearl and tried jivetalk which isn't free but only cost 14.99 due to a coupon code UPGRDE on this site www.beejive.com. It handles all the IM's you could ever ask for support for. I haven't found too many free one's myself but this was worth the cost. Check out the reviews by googling jivetalk. Good Luck

www.pinstack.com
Themes and free apps - OTA or thru the cable.

I have a question for you guys. When you use an IM program, can you look at your bill and tell me if the BB is using SMS like a regular phone or if it is actually using the data channel?
Thanks

All BB Messagers use data not text. Beyond 411 is a great free program.

Go to www.download.com; type in "blackberry" there's a list of over 200 applications that you can download, most you can try before buying; some are completely free.
