Does anyone know if the Pearl 2 will have actual stereo speakers on the device (for music and/or ringtones)? or will it only have stereo bluetooth support?

Also, how does the trackball work? Do you push the trackball down to select something, like clicking a mouse? or is there another button you use to select?

Is there an option to set ringers/text message alerts to only one beep, but have the alarm be High & Vibe? (I never even knew a phone could do this before my current Sanyo 8400, but now I don't think I could live without that option)

Also, will this have support for My Content Manager (for ringtones/screensavers)? I know other BB's and WM devices don't, but Palm OS based phones do...and I was wondering if the Pearl would sin...

ok.... wow thats quite a list

No... no loop for phone charm that i can see... i have only gotten to play with the emulator

You can get down into the phone and set different actions/rings for different events.... ie... i have my phone do something complete different when i get a pin message.... the old ones you can set a different set of instructions for when the device is in the holster and not... but that system worked on a magnet... which as far as i can see they have phased out.. but not 100%.... the LED is used as a service indicator.... blinks green when in service... blinks blue when connected to a bluetooth... red for an event... but you can set different vibes/rts for different events to differentiate

if you do a view 360 at vzw.com, on the right hand side of the phone at the bottom there is a loop. kind of awkward to be at the bottom not the top, but it looks as if there is one there
