I am bout to get this phone but am confused. I hear people saying this phone dont have a address book. But it does have a contacts list??? Whats the difference, thats not the same? Please explain what is meant by this....

i take it a 'address book' is where you can store address, email address, phone, etc. etc. ...

Perhaps you need to have the people you are listening to explain the difference. There is no standard definition of what the difference is. I have no idea what your people are talking about (and I doubt they do either).

I am going to take a job at what you are interested in and see if I get it right. On this phone in the contacts, you can store name, phone numbers, and e-mails. On some other LG models, there was an area for notes, which you could use for addressses. This phone does not have that area.

So what you are saying on the Voyager you can still store a persons cell #, Home # and an email address for 1 person? Cuz if so then i dont know the difference. I never had a phone that allowed me to put someones home address in and i wouldnt do that anyway.

Yes. It allows Name, phone #s, and e-mail addresses. That is the Contact List. I am guessing that people are talking about the LG ENV and the LG V. They both had a note area to put in addresses, so people may have thought of that as an address book. There may be downloadable programs that will let you save addresses. If this is the only thing standing in your way of getting the Voyager, just go get it. You won't be sorry.
