Is there any way to view videos on the www? Is there an extra feature one needs to buy or is this just a firmware update that is not available yet?

Flash is not supported in the browser. You may be able to look at some videos at mobile.youtube.com. Some people report that the videos stop after 30 seconds. Verizon has a fix for this, but you need to call tech support to have them change some account settings. There are some threads in this forum that detail the process, so search on 30 seconds.

try vTap.com its similar to youtube, but for mobile phones, the only disappointment is with the voyager its doesn't allow you to download the videos, because it's not supported
