my ring tone

starting today everytime I get a call , the phone says VERIZON WIRELESS then my ring tone starts . anyone else expieriencing this ? to date ,no updates.

settings & tools > Sound Settings > Service Alerts > ERI.

you prolly turned it on when you were messing around in your settings.
