Order Status on Verizon website??
Is anyone having an issue when they go to check their order status on the verizon website today? I'm getting an Error message that reads "Please check the information you have entered. Data may be missing or may be entered in an invalid format."

Here is what I get "Your order is awaiting approval or phone availability. Please check back in a few days." Which sucks..I thought these were supposed to start shipping today. I got my Pearl five days before it was released in stores. I heard a rumor that stores are holding off until the day after Thanksgiving to release the phone in store.

It's not like they don't have the phones! Just send our darn Voyager's to us already!

I'll tell ya what.............I am not one to get excited about things that truly do not matter, and honestly a new phone is not a huge deal considering what is going on in the world nowadays.................HOWEVER..........
If 2 things happen........
1.) I do not get my preorder on the 21st.
2.) "Anyone" can walk into any VZW store and buy one on the 21st.
I will NEVER do business with them again, period, regardless of the phone model!
BTW..I ordered some accessories from VZW yesterday, Sunday" and got a conformation e-mail that they have shipped. I have, however, NOT received a conformation e-mail on my Voyager âšī¸âšī¸

I had to call and change the ship to address this morning and was told that I should receive my order by the 21st. Then they called this afternoon about a plan change I made yesterday and I asked the question again and they said it went out today.
Though my account does not reflect that, maybe it's a system glitch not showing it shipped.

Can you change the ship address? I wasn't sure if you could do that, cause I'd rather have it shipped elsewhere w/ the holiday and me being elsewhere. I'll have to give them a call in a bit to ask. If not oh well, I won't be too happy w/ this pre-order crap.

i heard stores will be able to order tomorrow. which might mean the phones will be in the warehouse out to ship tomorrow

Called 2 local VZW stores. One was a company store and one was independent.
The independent store told me they had the phones and they could sell them this Friday, NOT Wednesday.
The company VZW store told me they had the phones and they could sell me one this Wednesday. I asked about the other store and they said the company stores can sell earlier.
This info has been passed around the web and now seems accurate.

Some people, myself included, have gotten a change in status saying that our order has been processed and should arrive in 2-3 business days, so looks like they will most likely arrive on Wednesday.

YAY! Finally. I got the msg saying "Order Status: Your order has been processed. You should receive your order within 2 - 3 business days."

I placed the pre-ordered on the 11th, i keep checking and all i get on the web is "your order is awaiting approval or phone availability. Please check back in a few days", I called my CC to check if VZ took out the money and no transactions have been posted, anybody else get that??
