Does anyone have any information on if this phone will be available for release on the release date at any 3rd party vendors such as Bestbuy or CircuitCity?

All the Circuit City stores in my area have Verizon kiosks in them. So not that I know of since circuit city has those they won't sell actually in store. With best buy they take forever to get the new phones. So basically to answer your question...no

For clarification, Circuit City locations are direct VZW so will have the same realease dates as other stores. Prices will vary from stores occasionally but always in CC customers favor.
