So I just talked to a Rep at *611 and he said the release date of the phone is 11th, of this month. Where the hell did he get that info from? I know he works there and all, but I don't think he is right. Anybody else have some insight on this?

Obviously he knows nothing. The 11th is a Sunday and VZ never releases anything on a Sunday.

Monday is possible, I suppose. If it's like the pearl was then it should be no more then a week from today. The pearl was shipping from online orders within a few days after it was abailble on pre-order.

Yeah, I think that a Sunday store release day doesn't sound typical of Verizon to me. Maybe he was mis-informed and/or confused. If you call and talk to a different rep they will most likely have a different story. 😕
But, if anything, that may be the "ship" date for pre-orders.?. 🤨

I just ordered one through my corporate plan and was tole it will definitely launch on the 18th, not the 11th and they will be able to ship them sometime prior to that. When, they weren't sure.

😲 so a rep at 611 just told me that the information that she has from the internet ordering department is that they will BEGIN packing and shipping on 11/21 with an expected delivery AFTER T-day.... Hmmm....... 🙄

the 21st is tenative for instore sales. for "corporate" stores. make sure you know if your goin into an indirect site or a corporate site, 75% of the time the Corp. store will have it on or within a day or so of it's release date.

i just called my local store they'll have it on the 20th, and if you want u can bill it to your account as long as its under 250 and your account is 6 months current
