Why cant i transfer music onto it if i bought it!
Some of my files will not transfer because the computer says..devise does not support protected content. Works fine for illegal? but not bought? Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

when you say bought do you itunes. of so, all itunes songs are protected so it only works with itunes, the software microsoft zune is probably the same. the only way to fix that problem is a long process. burn it a cd, then rip back to the hard drive. it will be unprotected after that
