Can you explain to me exaclty what Motorola Phone Tools is, and what you can use it for?

I've used it quite successfully with my e815 to synch contacts and calendar events from Outlook.
I acquired it for probably $15 from Amazon (cables included)...MSRP is on the order of $49.
The primary limitation is the phone. Motorola told me that the default hours (8am-5pm) are the only hours the phone will display in the calendar, and that software won't override the default hours.
I have enjoyed using it for my contacts...updating the phone is relatively pain-free

im not exaclty sure what you mean. Can u explain it more? Will it work on the New Razr2 and is it worth the $$?

Simple explanation is that it works fine in synching Outlook to my phone. Synch's Contacts and Calendar Events. Will not synch calendar events timed between 6 pm and 8 am following day. This is a limitation of the phone.
Bottom line is that I got the software and cables via amazon for less than $20, and it was well worth it. It's easy to import phone numbers from Outlook Contacts.
