Does it have two cameras?

I don't see the camera on the inside. Any ideas where it is. Some phones have them on the ear speaker and some in just above the screen.

I've read nothing that would suggest that it has two cameras, for Video Share or otherwise.

No, the idea is that you use the external diaplsy and existing camera for (for example) a video conference call, with the phone closed.
