Question about touch buttons - Thinking of getting this phone

Do the touch buttons ever just stop working? I don't know if I want this phone, the LG enV or the samsung SCH-u470. I like this phone but i am scared that the buttons will eventually wear out, has anyone had this problem or any other problems with this phone?

I have not had any problems w/ this phone. The only thing I can say is wait for the LG Venus or Voyager to come out. This phones look very nice, no price has been stated yet though.

PS: the Venus is the Chocolate upgraded
