Falling Off Sprint Data Network

My wife's Mogul has fallen off of Sprint's data network for the 2nd time in so many weeks. Pull up IE and the phone tries to dial #777 then reports "cannot connect" due to an "unkown reason". Tried battery removal, soft reset, hard reset, changed her web password, tried to add a new modem, etc, etc. Its not coming back.

The first time, we had to call Sprint to get it resolved and it looks like we'll need to do that again. I've heard that others have had this problem and exchanging the phone for another Mogul didn't help. My new Muziq doesn't have this problem. Any suggestions? We're about ready to dump the phone for something else at this point.

Tech support. They helped me. Even with a new phone, it might still not be programmed with the correct NAI. A new phone may carry the same NAI i.d. so call Tech Support so they can update it!

Thanks! My wife called it in. After lots of tinkering by tech support, the web doesn't appear to be coming back this time. They're sending out a new phone. Hopefully, that will do the trick.

Unfortunately, the tech support guy also tried re-entering the account into the billing system thinking the problem might be there and now we've completely lost the nice plan Sprint Retention Services gave us when we decided to order the phone. ☚ī¸ Our 1500 minutes are reduced to 500 minutes and other promotional discounts have evaporated and our plan now looks like the one we could have gotten straight off the Sprint web page.

Thanks. I think we have the plan sorted out now. In fact, we somehow even ended up with bit more than we had before. And hopefully the new Mogul that's coming will work better (fingers crossed). This one had tech support completely stumped.
