Help! There a faster way to port your number?!?
Does anyone know a number to expedite a port request on a business line? My cousin just got his new phone and is porting from Cingular, but the rep said an "estimated" port date is July 18 at 12:43 P.M.
he already received the phone, but thats 5 days of waiting! Anyone know how to make it go any faster of a number to call in to port it in automatically? Cingular is wanting to re-new his contract but the port is already is request! Please someone help!!! Thanks in advance and have a blessed day 🙂

Call the porting department 1-877-688-1969 and ask them why it will take so long. It is not legal for Cingular to hold up a port just to hold you as a customer. Ports take NO MORE than 24-48 hours. A normal port takes 15 minutes to 2 hours!!!!
