Is phone coming to T-Mobile

Anyone have any idea if/when this phone is coming to T-Mobile. I love the Pearl, but sure would love a larger screen to look at.

Let me know, I can't wait to buy it.

For starters, I work for T-Mobile. And according to our company website, the 8800 is scheduled for release next Monday. That's the good news.

The bad news is that it was just announced yesterday that not all sales channels are getting it. It will not be available through retail. However, you will be able to get it through customer service and T-Mobile.com.

I'm a bit disappointed that the retail stores aren't getting it in. That probably means we won't get a live demo. I was really looking forward to seeing how the GPS worked on it. I have a friend at Cingular who says it works pretty well on theirs. Also, I'm disappointed to see that RIM still hasn't added the A2DP Bluetooth profile to this device. Yeah, these will never hit retail stores supposedly, strickly on-line or over the phone with customer care. ☹️

I wonder why they would pull such a move, I mean on-line usually have better deals, but it's weird to sell a phone that a customer hasn't ever held, let alone seen with their own eyes! I can already see the return rate being high on these...
