Ready to switch to iPhone

I've been w/ AT&T (and it's various other versions) for over 10 years. I was briefly on Sprint PCS, but it was a disaster. My phone didn't work inside buildings, including my home, and since I do not have a land line, this was unacceptable. I ported back to AT&T less than a month later.

Last June I purchased a brand new N75 at full price so that I wouldn't have to renew my contract. But I'm about to throw this Nokia against the wall; it has been nothing but trouble since day 1. That's another story for another Forum though.

Been debating whether to get the iPhone, or if I should go to Nokia directly for another of their phones. I really like the Symbian OS and AT&T doesn't offer any other Nokia smart phones worth purchasing right now I...

I've had my iphone for 6 months and as a habitual new phone buyer, I must say thing has been incredible. I have not had the urge to buy another phone, the iphone fits my needs 99% of the time.

Also, I had PC's for a very long time but back in October my iphone stopped responding correctly when I would sync up after weeks of help from Apple I never got it resolved. So, I bought a macbook and the iphone and macbook have gotten a long great.

To me the calendar, email, contacts, internet access, & texting work very well. Texting takes a little time to get used to, and the phone does run on edge but also wifi works great when available. The occassional updates that Apple releases keep the iphone feeling fresh and new which I think is bril...

Glad I wasn't the only one hating the N75. Was the biggest piece of s**t Nokia ever produced. I dumped mine after two weeks. Biggest problem I see with iPhone is no 'voice dialing'. Want one so bad but will give Apple a bit more time. I'm in NJ & they are going completely 'hands-free' as of Mar 1.
