so if I get an iphone and next year a better version comes out and I want to upgrade to it. Can I simply go to AT&T and buy the new one and then sell the old one on EBAY as used as I have done at least 10 times before? Thanks in advance. 😁

yes since the phone is not going to be subsidized then yes all you will have to do is at that point re-do your contract and get whatever phone you want...
