The disadvantage would be no 3G for the US on this one.

I'm considering this over the N75 too. That's fine that it doesn't have 3G, it's an S60v3 phone and the dimensions are right...

I'd pick a phone with wifi over a phone with 3G anyday. I know I'm in the minority, but I'd much rather be saddled with the inconvinience of finding wifi hotspots than paying extra for data (even with my Cingular ERP data plan). Plus, VOIP capabilities are nice.

And this phone is cheaper than the E90 & N95. . .and is (sorta) available now...

any thought on which company will pick up this phone? if no one will, which carrier is this phone most compatible with and why?

This is a GSM phone. It will work with any GSM carrier.

I doubt it will be picked up by anyone here...in the U.s. either Cingular ATT or Tmobile in North America....

The deal breaker is Bluetooth 1.2 Sad

Not really a big disadvantage though as the N75 isn't FP1 so no HSDPA..
