This is the 2nd phone that has locked up on an incoming call via bluetooth. I have had enough. Back to VZW.

Already returned mine. Bought it a week ago. Get it home where it gets no reception. I'm upgrading from a 6102i which gets 2 bars out here in the country. N75 gets nothing. Traded it in for a 6126 thinking maybe it's the 3G thing and still nothing. Return for a new 6102i and back to 2 bars! Cingular tech said without the stub antennae, you will NOT get as good reception. Maybe once 3G is up and running everywhere, I'll go back. Otherwise, it's a nice phone. Doesn't have the "Go To" shortcut menu which I really like. Makes things simple.

You took the words right out of my mouth. Don't get me wrong, the N75 is an impressive phone, but the deal breaker for me was the multiple glitches and the lackluster battery life.

The v3xx doesn't have the greatest battery life, but I can get FOUR DAYS before a recharge with regular use. That's good enough for me.

When I got the v3xx, I updated my 2-year plan to include unlimited data. Really cool to surf the net with this phone.

In short, I'm still a big fan of Nokia. I'll STILL consider a phone from them in the future, but the v3xx fit my needs at this particular time.

There's always tomorrow...and another new phone...! 🤣

Oh the Cingular Tech said that? What Cingular Tech were you speaking of? And clearly he doesn't know WTF he's talking about, because the stub antenna is there if there isn't enough room to put it internally while keeping the desired form factor of the phone.

But if a 6012i works for you, then stick with it.

Just telling you what the tech said at customer service number at Cingy. Can't verify his accuracy. All I know is that I got another 6102i and now I'm back to having at least 1 bar and usually 2. NO bars with the N75 and the 6126. Do you have an explanation? I'd be glad to hear it.

If that much is enough to send you back to VZW, then good. And don't ever come back.

Was looking at Verizonwireless phones today, the Chocolate was the same price as the N75. If thats your wish, then so be it. Look, I hear horror and good stories about all carriers, use what you're happy with.

For my notebook broadband I use Sprint, I got a better deal and its friggin fast. Use what works.
