Anyone Have Any Suggestions ...??
OK - I've had the phone for 1-1/2 weeks, I really want to like it, but calls are an issue. some of the calls are fine - others are "muddy" - others are broken up and unintelligible.
I called Cingy Cust Svc and they suggested I shut the phone off in the daytime to reduce congestion on the towers (? - what good is it to have a phone?), or exchange it for another MODEL!
I'm assuming this is a 3G network issue because my 6230 & 6102 never have any call problems - but are those my only alternatives? Shut it off or return it and get another model ...???

Have you tried changing this setting:
MENU, SETTINGS, CONFIG. , CONNECTION , Then go down to Packet DATA. Then change packet data conn. from WHEN AVALIABLE, to WHEN NEEDED.
I am not sure if this will improve your situation but it's worth a try.

my take on the this issue is that the sim card doesn't lock (may be its my phone) as soon as you put it in it locks but the moment you put battery edge of the battery pushes sim in and it get out the latch now battery does not let the sim card slide out as it is right behind it but sim is not locked in its place. the question is "is it important for sim to be locked in it's place?" or like i said it is just my phone. please let me know guys thanks
