Out of all my phones I have never owned a flip phone. Can you use a bluetooth headset while the phone is closed or does it have to be open? Thanks!

You don't have to touch the phone to answer the phone, or to call anybody that is in your contact list. SIND voice dialing seems to work great. You can say the name of a person, or you can tell the phone to dial a particular number.
