I have no complaints about any of your concerns. I can't comment on the battery life yet since I just got it today. The bluetooth seems to work great with my Motorola H700 earpiece. Also, the SIND voice dialing option is awesome. I just spent the last hour using pcsuite to correct entries in my contact list. My only gripe so far is that you need very small fingers or a set of tweezers to remove the sim card if necessary.

I actually have to turn the volume down to keep it from being too loud! Sound quality seems a step above other phones that I have tried.
Note that the antenna is at the bottom of the phone, so it is best to hold this phone in the middle when it is open. But even though I keep forgetting this, reception hasn't been a problem.
