available in warehouse but cannot order n75

I have tried online but the phone is not there. I have called customer service (800-888-7600) to order/upgrade. They can see the phone in the warehouse inventory system (536 available) but cannot order it as it is not in their ordering system. I then called my National Business Ordering contact (888-444-4410). Again, they can see it in the inventory but cannot order it, as it is not available in the ordering system. I wish their systems would work together. The cingy part number i was told is 64609. I also tried the website customer service line and could not get any information since i do not have an existing order in place. Anyone else having any luck? Thanks.

I called again this morning, but i called 1-888-333-6651. Again they said that there are some in the warehouse, but not available to order. She told me I'd have to wait for another day when the inventory is put into the ordering system. Until then, there is nothing she could do.
