And look closely and read the fine print.
180 month contract = 3 Years

First of all, you're wrong.
Second of all, I don't see 180 months anywhere. Thirdly, 180 months = 15 YEARS!

It clearly says 24 months.

You are correct. I went thru the selections for an upgrade and it says $49.99 with a 24 month contract. That's so awesome. Now I feel really stupid for having bought another Nokia model from ebay because I was so impatient... 🤭

Awesome price! I knew Amazon would come out with a kick ass deal for this phone. I can't believe all the crazy fools selling this thing for $500-650 the past couple weeks, absolute nonsense!

I'll take any contract length, AT&T business gave me the best plan years ago and I won't ever stop renewing it.

(4) not change your Cingular service rate plan to a lower monthly service rate--this includes canceling or removing required PDA, BlackBerry, or smartphone features after your product has shipped;

So does this mean you have to have the pda data plan on this phone and if you don't you have to pay the 250 buy your credit card?

Just buy phone from amazon, and then call and get credit card number changed...

I just bought it, it didn't say anything about adding a data plan. That may come into play later on when they offer a rebate with it, as certain rebates required a data plan. I'm just having my legacy AT&T business contract extended for the umpteenth time (15%off monthly + 50% more minutes, hard to throw that away).

Delivery estimate: June 1, 2007 - June 18, 2007 !!!! 👿 ☹️

On Amazon last night, I went thru the motions (like I was upgrading) with several phones. On the PDA phones (Treo 750, 8125, 8525), I was required to select a data plan before I could move on to the next step. With the N75, I was not required to pick a data plan. But I know amazon't prices on other items tend to fluctuate, so I wouldn't be surprised if the price changes at some point.

Could that Amazon price of $49 be a mistake?

Nope. Amazon always undersells cingular.com by anywhere from $50 to $200. Don't know why, but certainly not complaining. 😁
