Text Message Inbox Size Limit
Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knows how to turn off, or change the size limit on text message inbox. It’s telling me my inbox is full when I still have about 40mb left on my phone, is there anyway to allocate more memory to the text message inbox?

I guess nobody else has had a problem with only being able to store 52 messages at a time?

I've been trying to figure out a way around it. It seems like the most bogus feature I've ever heard of. Why buy a plan for 1000 messages/month when you can only keep 50?
The phone is designed for texting and has a limit on the inbox? Ridiculous. I'm returning mine.

the number of TXT msgs you can store is limited to 70 for Inbox. The limit is solely subject to the number of messages, and you cannot adjust the size limit even if your phone has plenty of memory left. If you can give more information about inbox status, like the number of txt msgs, pix msg notifications, and pix msgs and so on, I would help more 🙂

Set the message setting to Auto Erase. Still have the 50 limit but at least you don't get that stupid message. I believe this is a function of the Verizon UI and not Samsung.
