Samsung SCH-U740 Alias

DEFAULT SOUND PROBLEM!!!

I've had this phone for about 2 weeks now, and everything has been great. Now when i go to set a default sound for texting or incoming calls, it goes right back to VZW Default Tone.
Anyone else having this issue? Is there a Fix for this??

I am having the same problem, I called verizon and they couldn't help nor could samsung customer service. Plese let me know if you figure it out.
