Samsung SCH-U740 Alias

I work for Verizon and when I played with the 740 for the first time I wasn't impressed one bit. I currently have the 9900 and it's a lot more handier then the small button Samsung. Another problem I've noticed, when you open the phone from the side your buttons stay in flip-phone position which means all your buttons are adjacent making it harder to navigate through the menu and even making a call can be difficult because the numbers are placed on letters which makes it too small.
