Well, it kinda depends on what you're looking for in a phone as far as PDA or Media device. I just got my pearl about a month ago. I switch from the razr. I love this phone. It has so many great features and is really easy to set up for those of us that are new to the PDA world. I'm still learning all the in and outs, but anything you dont understand, there are tons of resources to help you. Your carrier, phonescoop, blackberry.com. I just learned a few new things today, and with each new feature, I love this phone even more. Its not big and bulky like most of the other PDA's, yet it has all the great function.
