I found a post on Brighthand from a supposed HTC employee. He says they are "stress testing the Dash for WM6" and that once WM6 is released the new Dash's will be sold with it and maybe an upgrade available for those of us with current Dash's.

He says w/ WM6 on the Dash the touch strip behaves the way a 3-button mouse does and that its very cool.

could be BS, but I really hope we get a WM6 upgrade path because supposedly you'll be able to edit your MSoffice docs w/ it.

the dash already works as a three button mouse...you just have to get the jogger working, visit howardforums.com for that, but you can click and scroll in webpages and all that good stuff

I know that - it was one of the first tweaks I did to my Dash, I was just passing along what he mentioned on his post. What I HAVEN'T seen yet is a way to turn off volume control from the JOGGR strip completely and still have scrolling functions.

Even better is if one could "lock out" the JOGGR and be able to choose when to activate it. I'm very close to disabling it completely as it still annoying to accidentally activate a function from the JOGGR when just holding the phone.

Hey, what's the function to make one of the buttons act as a mouse clicker? The program I've downloaded for the JOGGR strip just has applications that I can execute.
