Motorola RIZR Z3

So, I've been beating my head on the wall all night and haven't been able to figure out how to get my Z3 sync'ed with my Outlook. T-Mobile support wasn't any help and Motorola support is closed right now. Oh, I'm trying to use the Motorola Phone Tools software and EVERYTHING is updated..

If anyone has gotten this to work on theirs, please let me know.

And Celph, don't bother replying because I'm already aware your phone turns off for no reason and I don't care. I want an answer to the issue I posted.
