VERY odd and confusing!

Our Display signs indicate there are differences between the Blue Rizr and the Rose Rizr.

Blue: Infrared Transfer
Rose: No Infrared Transfer

Blue: TTY/TTD compatible
Rose: No TTY/TTD compatibility

Blue: Changable Faceplates
Rose: Nope

Something is very wrong here. Someone care to enlighten me? Especially an R-Solutions SCKiosk representative?

Z3 is having issues between Blue and Rose too!

And here I though I was the only one having issues with Z3 Phone turns OFF itself while talking, taking a photo, video or checking messages.

It will also reboot while just sitting idle.
