Software/Flex Version

Motorola's site had a new update for software and was wondering if anyone knows the difference.

Old Software / Flex Version
R452F1_G_08.02.08R / GSTCPRIRTMB01NA054

New Software / Flex Version
R452F1_G_08.02.09R / GSTCPRIRTMB01NA54a

I just got my Motorola RIZR Z3 05/07 from T- Mobile and went onto motorola site and check for update and there was no update

I got my phone through TMobile on 3/21 when it was first released. I'm assuming the newer phones have the latest software already.
