Using RIZR on Cingular's Media net

Does anyone know how to set the RIZR up to use Cingular's web browser and Media Net. Cingular customer service said they can't or won't set it up. Thanks

set one of your "smart keys" to Motorola SETUP. Exit, click on Motorola SETUP button and follow the directions. It will download necessary software from Motorola to update your phone. You will then be able to access MediaNet. (be sure you have the service available.)
