I went to a verizon store today to look at this phone. It looks like a toy. The razr, the 8300, and the lg 8600 (chocolate flip) look much better than this phone. I will be getting the 8600. Lg is better than motorola anyways.

its unfortunate that it is your opinion - but you are certainly entitled to it, please dont get me wrong. But you certainly cant judge the phone by picking it up in a store. Hopefully at some point you will have the opportunity to actually use it and im sure you will see that for the phone functions - as typical motorola style - it is flawless. the reception, quality and speakerphone are what youd expect of a 5 star phone. Ive used it for two days and hesitate when i say im keeping it because of the chocolates awesome appearance, but the quality of this keeps it in my pocket.
