I was in Verizon today and no one had even heard of the KRZR and said that they usually find out about new phones atleast 1 month before they will be available into stores. There are so many mixed signals, I just want a solid answer from SOMEONE PLEASE!!!!! haha. 👀

Trust me, they're the LAST people to even acknowledge the fact that there is a KRZR coming out for Verizon. Customer Service is the same way, they're just clueless.

I spoke with a Verizon customer service person 2 weeks ago and she did say that she saw it in their system but there was no confirmation they were going to receive it or when just that the phone existed in their computer system. i hope they get it... and soon!

Given that all of Verizon's rebate forms have an expiration date of October 10, and the KRAZR is not listed on the form, I would not expect the phone before October 11 (and yes, I am certain it would have a mail in rebate - most of Verizon's camera phones do). Also, I noticed a link on the Motorola site today offering to send updates about the KRAZR. I seem to recall that such a link for the Q appeared about a month before release of the phone. So, I expect the phone sometime between mid and late October (perhaps to give an early boost to the fourth quarter?). Just a guess, but I am not getting my hopes up for a release this month or most of next month.
