Hey, so I'm contacting you because it seems like you really know what you're doing. I followed the instructions about ringtones on my friend's 8300 and we were pleasantly surprised about how well it worked.
I'm wondering whether the steps you took to be able to play your mp3 ringtones on the 8300 could be done on any other phones. Eh?

Yes, I'm certain those steps can be followed, particularly with other LG phones.
And while it may seem I know a bundle because of all the information I've thrown together, I'm a relative newbie. I simply thought what I put together for my own use would help others, and so threw it into this forum. I think that the 8300's the one for me after all. I know that 8600 is coming out pretty soon, but I don't really want to wait.
