I have a certain group of 15 or so people that I send the same text message to them all. Is there a way I can just select their group and type the message, instead of typing the message and just adding them 1 by 1?

what phone is better , im looking at the xv-6700 from verizon

I'm thinking about getting a 6700. What information do i need to know?

my brother gave me his xv6700 from verizon but im under sprint can i have it switched over to sprint with out any trouble?

My contract is up and my question is with this phone does verizon cripple any functions. For example with the Wi-Fi, does this phone allow full access to voice and data services offered by Wi-Fi?
I'm just curious because if it does why get a data plan.
I'm familiar with "phone hacking." I've bought great high end model phones and made them excellent with the hacks people provide on the internet. I noticed on the forums they haved edited registry lines for this phone and they all look good to have.

Also have there been any firmware/software upgrades on this phones?

Can i use my PPC to get free wireless from a hotspot or the wireless at my house? Will this cost me anything and do i have to set any special settings? Thanks in advance!!

anyone want to buy the 6700 from me? its almost brnad new but i paid for it and i realized its too techy for me and i want my regular phone back. ive had it for just a couple of month i rarely use it only for text and solitare and i just want my enV if you are interested let me know

I've been using this phone for about 6 mo. & I've been pretty happy with it for all the reasons mentioned previously. I upgraded to this phone from the VX9800. Since I don't have a data plan, one thing I really missed from my old phone was the ability to send text messages to email addresses. After some research & trial and error, I found a way to get around it. 1) Type "6245" (without the quotes)in the "To:" field. This seems to be Verizon's gateway. 2) As the first line of your text, type the email address followed by a space (space is important). 3) Begin your text message after the space. I hope some of you find this useful.

how do i get the numbers out of entourage and into my ppc 6700? i already have the missing sync but i need to pull numbers out of entourage. thanks for your help in advance

My girlfriend just got the XV6700 from verizon. so far this has been the worst phone ever. We are giving it one more chance. The day we got it, it freezes up nothing works....nothing. so we take out the battery and put it back in. it powers up. but it gets no service whatsoever. We have to wait until the phone dies and charge it back up. We power the phone back on and it works for 5 mintues then does the same thing! 👿 She gets a new one tomorrow. Has anybody else experienced this? hopefully this phone is just a lemon. It has great potential

I just got a new computer and set Sync up with it. The screen comes up as a guest and i cant use the full funcitons of Sync, just the guest functions. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the software and it still does it. Is there a way to get all the funtions back without hard reseting my PPC? thanks!

I am looking to purchase a new phone. I have VZW, but I am also looking at cingular for service. Should I get this phone or the iphone? I know this phone has alot more features, and the full touch screen of the iphone isn't that big of a deal to me. Any help would be great, thanks.

I'm a newbie and had a question. When I set my alarm and go to bed, my alarm doesn't go off in the morning. Instead, when I turn my phone on, I notice that the clock has remained at whatever time the phone went into "standby" mode. The "old" time shows for a split second, and then quickly switches to the current time. Has anyone else had this problem with their phone? How do you suggest I fix this?? Any help would be appreciated.

Had this phone for a while... Actually like it very well except for the flakiness that was injected with the upgrade to v5 of Windows Mobile... anyone know of an upcoming upgrade to v6 (which hopefully will stabilize an otherwise cool phone)?
