PHM registry Editor??
When i sync anything from my computer to my phone then try to run the app. or just try to download anything directly from the phone its giving me an error message "Run the application first, then open this file from withibn the application" Somebody please help!

It means there is no program (application) associated to run the file with the "msi" extension.
I just used resco file explorer (a CAB file) and added on the registry plugin (rename the ARM to the CAB extension). Once installed you will find both icons in you programs folder.
