E895 surprisingly Nokia-like

Or so it looks to me. The keys and overall physical design remind me of Nokia flips like the 6255i.

I have this phone already (4 the past 3 weeks)

First off I would like to say hi to all everyone out there 🙂 . Yes I had this phone for over 3 weeks 😁 đŸ¤Ŗ . This phone is amazing. Remember u have the big lenses on the back for recording videos. Recording videos looks awesome and the pictures are clear. With improved 2.0 megapixel camera, it says it all. 😛 This phone is big though but its worth having all the features that we all love from our older Nokia phones.
Nokia 7610 I had it since December 2003 and it didnt came out until December 2004. Had that phone over a year. But anyways 😁 N90 is the best phone out there. I have T-Mobile so it does work. People that have CINGULAR, dont worry it does work. My mom has CINGULAR and I tried to see if it works and it does. All the func...

Dumb Dumb Dumb

First of all, GSM 1900 is cingular's core and for that matter is the most common used frequency of all gsm carriers. I am pretty sure that phone says network gsm 1900. So it will work on cingular just fine.

Let's get some reviews - come on!

Hey guys,

The N90 is now on 5+ websites - has anyone bought one? Any real life user reviews? I check back daily and only find people speculating! 😁

I can understand a majority of people not shelling out $1,000+ for one of these, but it does surprise me that not even one die-hard has swiped his CC!

I'll keep checking!

Future video phone?

The N90 with the pivoting camera, seems to me, to have an unlimited potential as a video Phone.

I know what your thinking, why would I need to see the person I'm talking to. You don't but you can SHOW them things in real time. Think about a 911 operator able to give very specific instructions to some on a video phone, because they can see the injury someone is describing at an accident.

Well, you can come up with your own scenario for how useful it could be for you. I think this is a step right direction and keep looking for it.

Nokia would be crazy not to release this in the US

it would be a definite RAZR killer!!! this phone has so much more.

come on release an 850 version to cingular. we all deserve it!

the thing nokia doesn't seem to realize is that they have a very loyal following in the US who are practically begging for a chance to buy their phones here. honestly, we are sick and tired of crappy motorola, LG and samsung phones.

come on nokia pay attention to your sales audience!

US Version?

Does anyone know if they make a GSM 850 version? Like, can I get one and use it in Arizona? As far as I know Cingular only operates 850 here.

N90 to be delayed. Article in the International Herald Tribune today

LATE CALL: Nokia said that it had delayed by weeks the introduction of its N90 camera phone that uses high-quality Carl Zeiss optics. The phone, with a 2-megapixel camera, will not be available until next month because the company wanted to fine-tune the product, a spokesman told Dow Jones Newswires. (AP)

CDMA is DEAD

...or should be. Actually.. rumour has it that Sprint's CDMA network needs to be upgraded fast, or the 2 keycodes will collide and kill the whole network. -- I don't know if its true, some guy who work for Samsung USA network development told me that.
