the rubber piece on the charging port
So I kind of lost my rubber piece when I took the phone out to charge. Do I really need that? If so, where would I get a new one?

you don't really need it. the rubber thing for the charging port does pretty much nothing for your phone at all. You dont have to worry about getting dirt in there cause with my phone, since the past 2 years, I've never had in in there and nothing's ever happened.
