I was looking to buy this phone with my NE2 $100, and i went online to purchase it and the credit is gone! I have to pay the full 2 year contract price ($100) when i could have gotten the phone for free! What gives, i only had the $100 credit for like a month now...did it expire or what?

dont wait too long, you only have a certain amount of time to use NE2 before it expires.
i believe the time frame is 2-3 months. i work for verizon so thats how i know this.

I could of gotten this phone for free as well but i was charged a nice $389.99 because my account was overlooked so i called customer service and they said well you have a 2 year contract up in December but you are still up for you New Every 2 i said that does me no good that i just paid retail for this phone and to go through this whole process for this phone i said i wont ever sign another contract with you guys again. Its too much hassle to go back in the store argue with a rep to tell them you are right and have them believe you. Than i would of needed to return my E815 and receive a brand new one which the store had none of anyways so forget the new every two and that little V265 free phone deal thats just another mix up no one can ge...
