Coolpad Legacy becomes unresponsive after 1-2 days

I've had this phone (Boost Mobile) for about a month and, for the most part, I love it. It has a feature set that easily competes with phones costing double or more. Great battery life. Expandable storage out of the box, so plenty of room for apps.

But after about 48 hours of operation, it suddenly slows to a crawl and becomes unusable. I've tried several potential fixes, including clearing all app caches, and even a factory reset. Nothing helps, except a quick reboot (press the power button, then tap "reboot"). That takes just seconds, and fixes the problem -- for another day or two.

If Coolpad can address this, and push out a fix, they will have a real winner. In the meantime, has anyone found a workaround to prevent this?

over in the "Coolpad Legacy Offers Premium Features for $130" discussion:

Premium Features for $130

Not too shabby for $130. Hopefully the SoC 450 can handle that huge screen.
